In-flight cell calls can't annoy fliers, but Net calls can

There are rules against cell phone use on airplanes however, there are no rules aginst using Skype or any other software that lets you make free or cheap phone calls over the Internet. With the increase of airlines offering broadband Internet during flights, this could become a problem.
